[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not like this. I was gritty and it tasted like vitamins no matter what I did. It did not taste like a milk shake or thick milk, but it gave me an aftertaste. I will not buy this again. It was disturbingly gross.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in order to write a review. At first I must say I had some low expectations before tasting this. I thought it was going to be awful in the taste department. I was wrong . I popped it in the fridge the night before I figured it would taste better if it was cold in the morning. After all it is mid summer. I woke up to get ready for work and twisted the cap open. Took the first sip and was definitely surprised! It was delicious. It was creamy and chocolatey. I am a chocolate lover so I this was a pleasant surprise. Most drinks I’ve tried before are chalky in taste and not great at all in the flavor department. This drink is not one of them. i thourghly enjoyed it and it was great to have before work easy fast and great tasting.

My brother was diagnosed with aggressive brain cancer in 2020. Needless to say it was an extremely difficult year for all of us. Nothing prepares you for watching your only sibling battle such a brutal disease. After an entire year of surgery, radiation, chemotherapy and endless doctor appointments he was fighting just to keep his weight up. These have been a saving grace when it comes to getting him proper nutrition. He can't stand the taste of the nutritional drinks they offer at the hospital and chemo makes it hard to stomach real food. I now buy these every week when I go to visit him and his two little boys, who love these drinks also! Thank you for making such a wonderful product, it has truly been a life saver!

Being a bigger guy, this doesn't fill me up if i'm in a rush, but my kids love it and it is a great alternative to having them eating nothing for breakfast. The kids like to grab it on their way out to go to school. I would purchase again because my family likes it.

However for whatever reason our stores aren't carrying it anymore. My husband whom is fighting cancer will also only drink this. Please get this flavor back in our stores in powder form which is more affordable. Ty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it was ok. I was not knocked off my chair with the taste but then again its going to be personal preference about tastes. There was no wierd after taste or texture. But I am also not sensitive to those things I would try again. Maybe chil to almost frozen?

My dad is at that point where he doesn’t want to eat as much as he used to. The 240 cal from these drinks are awesome for rounding off his requirements. I do wonder if he needs to take a lactose pill when drinking this as he’s in tolerant to it? Anyone know?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried this brand before and have always been a fan of them! These are smaller than the ones I have tried in the past, but perfect for me! I absolutely love that these give me that pick me up I need, mid day, when I need a snack, but don't have the time to eat! They are a little thicker than chocolate milk and not super sweet! Thank you, Influenster! I definitely will be picking some more up on my next grocery trip!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not a huge fan of the cookies'n cream flavor and the drink overall was too sweet for me so I let my 16 year old son drink the rest. He on the other hand loved it. I wouldn't purchase this for myself again but if my son wanted more I definitely wouldn't deny him since it does have so many nutrients and he often misses breakfast due to leaving for school so early. Overall a decent product and I would reccomend for people with on-the-go lifestyle looking for a healthier alternative to typical convenient breakfast items.

That is where Carnation Breakfast Essentials comes in really handy. I recently got the Classic French Vanilla flavor to try. I grabbed it one morning as I went out the door..Shook it up, drank it down...it was so delicious and filling. No nasty aftertaste. This will definately become a part of my morning routine.
