I had three I tried one warm and then I tried one cold. I like the packaging. It’s vibrant easy to read and it’s got all the nutrients in it that you need and it’s not gritty . Would recommend.

The Breakfast Essentials shake is perfect for those with crazy busy lifestyle or those that don't want to take the time and sit down for breakfast. I also like to use this for my midafternoon pick me up snack. I am always craving sweets around 3 pm and this meets that need plus give me protein at the same time! It's smooth, the colder it is the better it taste and it's portable. Perfect for my needs.

So for that, I give the taste a 10. I just wish it had less sugar like other leading brands! If it was 1-3 grams of sugar, I would like it a lot better.

My husband really liked it, and said the flavor was on point for mixed berry. It's a great alternative option for breakfast or another meal if you're in a hurry or just looking for something simple. I like that it has 10g of protein and only 24p calories. I also appreciated the size and ease of grab and go. Definitely plan on getting more.

Honestly when I got the product I was thrown off by the strawberry flavor but the color was like a brownish color. The taste wasn't what I expected. My kids drank the rest of it and they enjoyed it.I like the fact that it has all those vitamins and nutritional ingredients.
