I had three I tried one warm and then I tried one cold. I like the packaging. It’s vibrant easy to read and it’s got all the nutrients in it that you need and it’s not gritty . Would recommend.

Honestly when I got the product I was thrown off by the strawberry flavor but the color was like a brownish color. The taste wasn't what I expected. My kids drank the rest of it and they enjoyed it.I like the fact that it has all those vitamins and nutritional ingredients. That alone would make my decision on purchasing this product for my family. Overall the product is a good one.

The Breakfast Essentials shake is perfect for those with crazy busy lifestyle or those that don't want to take the time and sit down for breakfast. I also like to use this for my midafternoon pick me up snack. I am always craving sweets around 3 pm and this meets that need plus give me protein at the same time! It's smooth, the colder it is the better it taste and it's portable. Perfect for my needs.

I've tried many brands and flavors of shakes in the past and while he will drink them he had never requested them! Until now! He is crazy about the cookies and cream flavor. So for that, I give the taste a 10. I just wish it had less sugar like other leading brands! If it was 1-3 grams of sugar, I would like it a lot better.
