I refrigerated it over night and drank it in place of my normal meal. It was cold, easy to shake and enjoy. It was very chocolatey which I enjoy with a hint of cream. It was not too thick or too thin it was a great consistency. It was very filling for me and seems like a great balanced nutritional drink to have on the daily basis.
