I grew up in the 60's, on Carnation Instant Breakfast, Eggnog flavor. My Grandson doesn't like to eat b'fast in the morning and is following the tradition. I'm disappointed Eggnog flavor isn't available and I see other chocolate varieties, as well. PLEASE, offer maybe a 'Seasonal' variety of 'Throwback' flavors?? That way we can stock up and be happy : ) Also as a nurse, patients needing a supplement, not able to afford the pricey bottled ones are recommended Carnation Instant Breakfast. It's a lifesaver for some.

This chocolate milk is easy to prepare you just grab a glass of cold milk and mix in one packet of powder until it dissolves. I love this option because the flavor is good even my daughter (4yr) likes how it tastes. This gives her great nutrient.

When I was little I just could not eat anything in the morning before school, I felt sick to my stomach if I did. Then Instant Breakfast came along, Instant Breakfast was a life saver for me because my mom would let me have it and I just loved the taste. I had no problem having something to drink in the morning. Well I’m 64 and my wonderful husband makes me an Instant Breakfast almost every morning. I have it a little differently today, with unsweetened coconut almond milk, but I still love it just the same. The packaging is pretty simple and there’s no nasty texture the powder dissolves fairly quick. We’ve already purchased another box that’s how good it is!

It was such a hit my son has been requesting I buy these ready to drink instead of the chocolate packets I buy now which would be nice for taking on the go for sure. It keeps my mind at ease knowing that my son will still get some very important vitamins, minerals and protein in his daily shake. I have been buying Carnation for years and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon,I just request that you make the cookies n creme flavor available in the packets please and thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was originally drawn in by the 10 grams of protein, 21 vitamins & minerals, antioxidants that are prominent on the front. I chilled the drink and had it this morning. Upon first taste, it’s thick. It’s tastes like the leftover milk at the bottom of a bowl of sugary cereal. Once you are passed that, you are hit with the after taste of minerals and vitamins. The sugar content is overpowering. I turned the bottle over to see 41 grams of sugar!! 15 grams of that is added sugars with 0 fiber!!! I would much rather take a vitamin in the morning to get my daily dose than drink this sugary syrup. No thank you. Not for me.

Have tried all of them except Strawberry. Milk Chocolate is easily the best flavor. And easily the worst flavor has to be the Mixed Berry. It's just terrible. I wish I could get a refund or something, I don't know what to do with the rest of the pack. Whatever you do don't buy the mixed berry.
