It reminded me of a creamy chocolate milk shake. This is a perfect way to start the day. It's just all pure goodness all around. Most things that are good for you don't taste all that great but this is like having a sweet snack without the guilt. It is the perfect size to so it would be perfect to grab and go if needed. I highly recommend this to anyone.

I decided to try Carnation Instant Breakfast Essentials, Ready to Drink in Mixed Berry, but there are lots of flavors. I really enjoyed and wasn’t starving by lunch. I like that it has calcium it has 21 vitamins and minerals it has 10 g of protein which is really awesome and it has antioxidants and vitamin C as a protein drink. I myself really do like this one I like the flavor of it . The smoothie taste of it the flavor of the berry is not too strong is very subtle. It is a 8 ounce bottle which is the right amount of proteins and vitamins that you need in one serving. It has 240 cal which is not bad for a protein drink is very feeling. It is also gluten free for whoever can’t have gluten. You shake it very well before you drink it. I like the design of the bottle it is a neat design the bottom of it is clear where you could see the liquid to make sure it’s all mixed up it is sealed on the top with a very easy opening . It is a very good product to have on the go when you haven’t had to be able to eat you can drink that and it will fill you up.

I have issues when it comes to having breakfast and I can’t eat anything in the morning without feeling sick, so after trying different things this drink meets my needs. For me this drink serves as a meal/breakfast replacement, it contains 10g of protein, 240 calories, 21 vitamins & minerals, 41g total carbs and 4g fat, it comes on an 8 oz sealed plastic bottle. It is rich, flavorful, and chocolatey but not too much, once I got used to the flavor and consistency i really enjoyed the drink. I will continue to drink it, so far chocolate and cookies & cream are my favorite flavors.

I would like to see a bit more protein content, as this only has 10 gms of Protein. I’m used to a nutrition drink at 30 gms oc protein. But it’s healthy enough and tastes great!
