So I was a little concerned that it wasn't enough to get me through the day. Next on taste: it was very smooth drink and felt rich in nutritional value. It's not as sweet so that was good. And it seemed like an easy thing to drink for the morning commute to work. After drinking it in the morning, I was surprised that it got through breakfast and by lunchtime I was ready to eat.
