Love Carnation, I could buy another box of Carnation. With what I am charged for shipping since Sam's don't want to carry in store now. That is why a one star. They leave the Nesquik which doesn't have as good ingredients as Carnation.

Hate Having to Order Online

I've been a fan of Carnation Breakfast Essentials (it used to be called Instant Breakfast) for around 65 years - no kidding. I'm 77 and I started using it in about 1958.  It and I have been around for a long time. I used it originally as a breakfast substitute.  Now I use it at night before going to bed as a night snack to cushion the maximum OTC dose of Naproxen and avoid stomach pains.  The formula was changed recently and I think it's smoother and has a bit better chocolate flavor than before.  I mix it with a cup of 1% milk. That makes it creamy and doesn't add a lot of liquid before bedtime. Sam's price for a box of 30 envelopes is unbeatable, and I always keep a spare box on the shelf.
