Carnation Breakfast Essentials Nutritional Powder Drink Mix, Chocolate 30 ct.

I've been using this product since I was a young boy, but, why the sugar?  It's suppose to be for health, so PLEASE stop putting sugar in it.

the dark chocolate flavor was mine and many other people's favorite, any chance of it coming back? or why it was discontinued?

This product gave diatribes and nausea don’t know if it is the ingredients but it did a number on me for sure.

Allergic

Every morning for well over 20 years now.  Remember when they came with a shaker cup.  Loving the taste is a bonus.

Like these other people I have been drinking Breakfast Essentials Chocolate Malt flavor for a very long time.   Please do not discontinue it.

Please bring back Chocolate Malt and Dark Chocolate. Also, I really enjoyed the variety packs with all the flavors in them.

Love Carnation, I could buy another box of Carnation. With what I am charged for shipping since Sam's don't want to carry in store now. That is why a one star. They leave the Nesquik which doesn't have as good ingredients as Carnation.

Hate Having to Order Online

I've been a fan of Carnation Breakfast Essentials (it used to be called Instant Breakfast) for around 65 years - no kidding. I'm 77 and I started using it in about 1958.  It and I have been around for a long time. I used it originally as a breakfast substitute.  Now I use it at night before going to bed as a night snack to cushion the maximum OTC dose of Naproxen and avoid stomach pains.  The formula was changed recently and I think it's smoother and has a bit better chocolate flavor than before.  I mix it with a cup of 1% milk. That makes it creamy and doesn't add a lot of liquid before bedtime. Sam's price for a box of 30 envelopes is unbeatable, and I always keep a spare box on the shelf.
