I love the convenience and flavor, but I am very sad that my body does not agree with this product. If this bothers you it might be the Carageenan! Just FYI. I had to find out the hard way!

I have a hard time eating and have been underweight my whole life (male 28) and finally after like a year of starting this I've actually managed to gain weight and I'm accuilly gaining some sort of nutrition it's cheaper in individual packets JSYK

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The taste was very bland. It had a slight chocolate taste that wasnt very strong. The nutrition isnt horrible for this product especially with it being a breakfast drink.

This is my first time buying something from carnation and I absolutely love it. It doesn't taste weird like most powders do and I have been drinking it all the time. Tastes really good, my favorite flavor to buy.

We used to buy these all the time but this was our first time buying since the package change and they must’ve changed changed the formula as well. My husband and I were so sick for 2 days, vomiting and diarrhea.Will not be buying again.

I use these as a base for my smoothies. I add milk or alternatives like oat, almond or coconut and add freshly frozen fruits, grains and oats and blend. Eliminates the need to add additional protein powders and vitamins.
