We appreciate everyone who is working during this time. But the sugar was thrown in with fabric softener and the bag broke open and thank goodness for the plastic bad, this could have been a mess.

Received my orders today , the Sugar bag was completely torn open and all over the box , This had to happen before they shipped it, They had it in a plastic bag and it was turned upside down, I am very disappointed in Sam Club.

Its NEVER in stock at the Westerville Store and when it is, they only stock 15-20 bags. Start stocking more till you see it is still sitting on the shelf. Been there 4-5 last 2 weeks...NO SUGAR

I bought this sugar last month and it had all these brown specks in it! I was hard and clumpy. I thought there were bugs in it. However, i took some of the brown specks out and they were crystalized sugar. So I thought I would use it.

My sugar bag was busted and sugar bag and box... I received a call from Sam's customer service to replace my sugar but I never But, I never received a replacement bag sugar ...so why call the customer... Poor customer service...

While sugar is good and pricing is good the product you get is partially in bottom of cardboard box. Paper package came inside a plastic gallon baggie that serves no purpose if the baggie is not zip locked shut. Why is it 4 lb sugar from store is hard to open and this opens easily in transit? Add more glue to seal and ziplock "closed" inside the extra packaging.

Alot of sweetness for the buck

Best sugar out there! Others are not as fine and Domino has no aftertaste like I have noticed with off brands.

Several bags of sugar were open, spilling the sugar out. Also 3 bags, of sugar, were rock hard. They could not be broken up.

I bought a bag online to see the quality for ordering more and the bag was open and placed inside a zip lock bag.hmm
