When I first started ordering bags of sugar or flour from Sam's They sealed it in a plastic bag and added packing to the boxes. However, Now, no plastic bag and no packing in the boxes. This is the 3rd time I ordered sugar that came with a busted bag and sugar all through the box. Upon contacting customer service, they resent the bag of sugar that came once again in a busted bag and a box full of sugar. Ridiculous!

I had tried a small bottle before and loved how sweet it makes things and how healthy it is. I decided to buy the big bag at sams club because it is truly an amazing product. You can make sugar free anything. Love it for keto and paleo.

Bag leaked all in shipping box. I normally give this sugar a 5 star. The last bag i got was not in a plastic bag and leaked in the shipping box. All of the other bags of this have been in a plastic sealed bag and packed really well. I have been ordering this and using it for at least two years and ordered several bags of this. The shipping on the bag was the only concern. This order was shipped out of Indiana.

Shame on me for ordering this sugar again after my last package arrived burst open, and thinking Sam's may have improved how they ship sugar. The sugar is itself is fine, but until (if ever) Sam's updates how they ship the sugar packages do not buy them to be shipped. You will be sorely disappointed (and be pouring sugar out of any other items you get shipped along with it)

This is an incredible price for 10# of any kind of white sugar, but notice this is cane sugar, not sugar beet sugar. Cane sugar is a superior product, really makes a difference in baked goods and is probably better for drinks such as tea because it's finer than that of sugar beets. I only wish it would have been protected in a plastic bag (I ordered it for home delivery). Fortunately, the bag wasn't broken.

online order of two 10# bags, arrived in a large box with inadequate packaging. Could hear bags rolling around inside the box. Bags had bounced around so much it was leaking from the shipping box before I even opened it. I looked like Hansel leaving bread crumbs in the forest. Not sufficient attention to detail for such a fragile item. Taking back to club in a garbage bag.

I asked for 3 one pound boxes of Dominoes sugar. Bringing me a 10 pound bag of sugar is stupid and I will not pay for it. Credit my card immediately! STOP MAKING SUBSTITUTIONS. I know shelves are bare all over. If you do not have what I want, credit my account. You will never make an appropriate replacement because you do not know the reason I am seeking certain items.

The bag of sugar had popped open at the top and even leaked out of the end of the box. Sugar up the sidewalk, on the porch, sidewalk, entryway. Ten pounds. A huge mess for me to clean up. I notice other reviews mention the bags pop open. Perhaps tape the top before shipping?

Initially ordered Apr 23. Never received. Contacted Sam's May 4 & reordered. Received the 10 lb bag of Bread Flour. Still no Domino's Sugar. Based on other reviews receiving busted bags, etc. Still not thrilled that we're out $9. Grateful we did not receive a busted bag.

The sugar itself is just fine. Its the packing of this product that receives a low rating. Why not tape the the bag close then put it in a bag. Once again my package of sugar was open but it was in a bag this time but that was also open . Come on ,can someone take pride in their work. Food is not cheap and when you lose any amount it that's money out of the consumers pocket that they wont get back.
