I received my order and 3 times the Domino sugar was busted in the box. the 3rd time they piu it in a ziplock bag and it was still spilled out in the box. I give up no more ordering on line for me

I bought this to stock up on sugar..my family loves to make things to drink my only problem was when I opened up the box 1/3 of the sugar was spilled inside the bottom of the box otherwise gerat product.

Pure CANE sugar is grown with fewer chemicals than other sugar, and that is important to me. It is progressively more difficult to find it in grocery stores. Thank you, Sam's Club for making it available!

Ordered 4 rec'd 1, due to damage from poor packaging. Next received two of three replacements. Again due to poor packaging. Get your act together Sam's!

The sugar and flour are ripped open during shipments more than half the time, making a big mess when taking out of the box (which is beat to Hades 90% of the time). They should change the carrier they use.

I GOT MEMBER'S MARK NOT DOMINO. IT WAS HARD AS A ROCK. WE BROUGHT IT BACK. I COULDN'T POUR IT OUT OR SOFTEN IT OR ANYTHING. NOWAY WAS I EVEN GONNA TRY. THE NEXT BAG I GOT, HAD A FEW HARD PIECES TOO, BUT NOT AS BAD. THEY SAID I GOT A CREDIT, BUT I DON'T SEE IT ON MY BANK STATEMENT.

Product that arrived intact was fine. Price was good. Multiple bags were damaged by the shipping company, repackaged and delivered. Got refund on damaged product after 4 calls, multiple emails, and send a ridiculous number of pictures to 'prove' the 'issue'. Customer service reps were nice on phone, then denied the 'issue' via email, then asked for pictures, then didn't like the pictures I sent, then wanted more pictures, then refunded.

I would give the product 5 stars. I give the shipping experience 3 Stars. once in the past when I received this sugar the bag had come open and spilled about 2 cupfuls. The next time, the bags were wrapped tightly in plastic, no spill Yay! But, the last time there was some spilled again. still my favorite sugar and will continue to buy it.

I always buy Domino sugar. It self is the best. I ordered it and they had to ship it to me and I was very unhappy with how it was shipped. When I received it, it was already opened. Sugar was all through the box. Made a mess when I opened the box. Spilled sugar is a very great big pet peeve of mine. So needless to say money down the drain. Not Happy At All😡

I always get my Domino's sugar and it come and the bad is sealed very tightly and I would recommended this product it comes sealed so tightly that I couldn't hardly get it open and not one drop was spilled in the box it's packaged very well and it's every 10 lbs just like it says
