I just had gotten over the stomach flu and couldn't get myself regulated thought I would give Culturelle a try and within a week I was back to normal. I am staying with Culturelle because I also notice I don't have heartburn like I use to I recommend giving it a try

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like Culturelle® Digestive Health Daily Probiotic Capsules.Being able to take a pill vs eating yogurt or some of the other products out there is a real advantage. I found it to be easy to take and really didn't have flavor or leave any taste in my mouth. I'm not sure if I found a huge difference in anything. I think I will continue to use it though for the benefits that it does have. I will recommend this product to family and friends that currently take a different probiotic. I started off feeling very uncomfortable in my stomach but that is a lot of my fault due to eating poorly over the week of my daughter's birthday. I should mention that I usually don't have digestive issues at all, only when I eat something I am allergic to. Some probiotics make me feel ill. Happy to say these did not.
