I am part of the people hit by Hurricane Maria and with that, came the digestive problems. With Culturell Digestive Health Probiotic Capsules, I was able to eat food like hot dogs, pizza, bread, etc avoiding the bloating and digestive problems that are caused by that kind of food. I never before used probiotic, but definetive I will continue using them. They are easy to take and does not leave bad flavors in your mouth.

I kept bad stomach cramps throughout the entire use of the package. Two days after stopping the Culturelle, the cramps stopped so the cons outweighed the pros in my case.
