They we kind enough to send me a box to try. I have been struggling with digestive issues for about 10 years now. I take a lot of things to get me through the day but still have symptoms that linger. I have to say I am very impressed with Culturelle. A lot of my bloat and pain either subsided or went away and was able to gain some of the energy I had been without. I take one capsule every morning and depending on what I have eaten during the day sometimes I don't have as much gas and bloating. But by the evening around 5 or 6 I do experience a little gas and bloating. It does help.
