It is quite tasteless and doesn't leave any type of after-taste. I really like that it doesn't need any type of refrigeration, so that it can travel easily with you. Overall, its a very nice probiotic to have and use.

I've had issues with digestion problems from a child. There are some foods that I just have a hard time digesting. After taking Culturelle I noticed that it improved my digestion with those certain foods I was having issues with. It reduced bloating and unpleasant pain from having so much gas. My stomach doesn’t hurt after eating certain foods and overall health seems better. I used to eat yogurt to aid digestion but since I have a dairy sensitivity I love that I have this as an option!
