[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I unfortunately did not have as good as a reaction to these probiotics as I would have liked they ended up causing me to be very constipated which ended up turning into a hemorrhoid I don’t know if it was directly because from these or just coincidental but either way I don’t know if I’ll be trying them again.

I was happy with the packaging of the capsules and also how easy the capsules are to swallow. However, I did not notice any difference when it came to eating problematic foods. I had issues with extreme gassiness and gurgling in my stomach and intestines throughout the month trial. This never went away for me. This is not something that I would like to deal with on an everyday basis.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this for a few weeks now. I definitely began to see an improvement with my bloating and gas (such a pain) within about a week. I really like that even though the pills aren’t small, they are easy enough to swallow. There also wasn’t any annoying after taste. These have been added to my daily regiment and I’ve already purchased more.

Each capsule is in a foil pouch - a University Packaging Major did well - however I use a weekly reminder pill container - so once a week I fill it with the pills I take each day - would be nice if I did not need to fight the package for 7 pills all at once How about a bottled version - Thank you
