Since changing my diet and working out, I’m always looking for ways to be healthier. I’ve been using another probiotic for some time now that adds to my caloric intake. While it works ok, it doesn’t fit my lifestyle like Culturelle. I can take this in the morning and not worry about it again. It’s simple to use and there’s no struggle with added calories...like my previous probiotic. I will be purchasing this when my sample runs out!

I should mention that I usually don't have digestive issues at all, only when I eat something I am allergic to. Some probiotics make me feel ill. Happy to say these did not.

I got a free sample of culturelle and loved it. It took care of my issues with being bound up and made me regular. I'm able to rely on going to the bathroom at the same time every day, which is a huge relief. I would definilfy recommend this product.
