I've had symptoms of unbalanced digestive health for quite some time and didn't even realize that's what it was. I deal with the upset stomach, bloating, and occasional gas. Here's what I've noticed. I did have a decrease in the number of times I had diarrhea but I felt a major increase in gas and bloating, at least in the first few days. After the first week, things seemed to even out and the amount of gas and bloating subsided. Overall, I'd give this product 3.5-4 stars.
