Imagine my surprise when after 1 week I started to notice a difference. Foods that bothered me before no longer did. Just to be sure, I stopped taking it for 5 days. There was a big difference. Foods that had stopped bothering me, once again affected me. I will continue to use this product!

I definitely feel like it has helped me tackle issues with gas, some bloating, and minor stomach/digestive issues. I still avoid eating fried foods, but otherwise I feel like I haven't had to be so restrictive with what I consume. I think this was a good first step in building up a better gut biome for myself!
