I have tried many brands. This GNC Ultra Mega works for me. I take one a day instead of the two. I can tell when I forget to take one as by afternoon I need a nap. I have personally told friends about this product. When your over 60 you need all the get up and go help.

I don't know what happened, but these changed. I have been a long time user, but I will not be purchasing anymore. The color has changed and the smell and taste have changed for the worse. They always used to have a certain taste and smell, but this is unbearable now. Once I started taking this new batch, I began having all sorts of stomach pains, but didn't think anything of it since I have been taking these for years. I stopped taking them and haven't had any stomach issues since. Not happy with these new ones.

This has caffeine and will make you jittery and hyper and possibly increase heart rate. Tried two different times several months apart and had same reaction. I returned, don't need extra caffeine. It didn't give me energy at all, hated the feeling, even tried taking just one pill instead of two. No different. It would be a great vitamin if they just made it without the extra caffeine.

After stopping Phentermine, I have been looking for something that provides a similar affects without a prescription. I've tried numerous vitamins and healthier alternatives...green tea pills, saffron pills, healthy energy drinks....nothing has really worked as great as this multivitamin has worked. I take one in the morning with food and one in the afternoon with food. I found that works better for me than taking 2 at once. I highly recommend it and am now buying the men's version for my husband! Thank you to whoever created this multivitamin!
