I started taking these in january they've boosted my metabolism, I eat smaller portions, I don't get hungry, and I've lost about 26-28 pounds. I'm 19 and I have recommended these to everyone, only weird/negative thing is it makes my urine a very neon yellow. almost the same color as the pill.

This has caffeine and will make you jittery and hyper and possibly increase heart rate. Tried two different times several months apart and had same reaction. I returned, don't need extra caffeine. It didn't give me energy at all, hated the feeling, even tried taking just one pill instead of two. No different. It would be a great vitamin if they just made it without the extra caffeine.

My daughter got me hooked on these vitamins. I love the way keeps my energy boosted throughout the day. I have had insomnia forever and I'm finally sleeping normal because I'm getting everything done throughout the day and nothing to keep my mind awake! My energy was so low before and this doesn't give me the jitters like coffee and energy drinks or pills do. My migraines haven't came near as often. Just simply love the stuff! Never thought I would feel that way about a vitamin.

I have noticed a difference in just three days! My energy is up and my appetite is down these vitamins are amazing! I love them! I've always had trouble taking vitamins they make me sick to my stomach but not these and they do exactly what they say they will do!! I bought this for the energy but I've had other positive results. I don't notice the energy boost that others have had but I've noticed my nails have been extremely healthy which is rare for me. This is making me remember to take it regularly since I like this outcome. Also my eye dr noticed some issues I was starting to develop have stopped. This does have lutein in it so I guess it really does help.

Whatever it is it works! It’s been almost 60days in, I lost weight and have significantly more energy!! Meaning I am not falling a sleep after lunch at my desk or as exhausted when I get home. I was tired & felt like was not enough sleep every day. Plus I have been working out regularly but was not losing any weight. This has been by far the best supplements that I have ever taken to see an actual result. I am getting some for my skeptical husband, sister and brother. I am 50 yrs old career woman (looks like 30 something) and is full time working mom (stressful desk job) with have a busy teenager at home.

I've taken these for several years and no problems. I recently purchased the double pack and it stunk up the cabinet before I'd even taken off the cellophane!! They are a different color green and they smell so bad you can still taste it several minutes after swallowing it. I called the company and they said the color has changed and so did the ingredients but she wouldn't say which one. She just said they changed it to be more natural ?!? Don't know if I'll continue to take due to the smell and taste.

I am 59, and was tired. My metabolism was bottom low. I had tried several vitamins and nothing seemed to help. My energy was depleted. I work in an office and sit a lot, so that is no help either. I’ve taken these for years and have absolutely LOVED them above all other vitamins, some of which were far more expensive than these. However, upon receiving this last order I noticed some changes, primarily the smell. Even before I opened the box the smell was VERY overpowering. So much so it started stinking up our cabinet. The green color is different and they no longer taste minty-sweet. I decided to call GNC and the representative stated they changed suppliers. This supplier uses a plant based coloring which did affect the color and taste. They are proud to say they no longer use any artificial coloring and flavoring as they did before. She said the artificial color and coating from the previous supplier masked the strong smell of the vitamin. Sadly, this plant-based coating does not mask the smell but assured me the vitamin itself has not changed. This honestly brings me some peace of mind. Regardless, my concern was voiced and maybe they will tweak them in the future to adjust its palatability. Until then, I will just stomach the changes (literally), knowing they are in the best interest of the consumer, and continue taking this vitamin which I love so much. They really do make a noticeable difference in my energy and focus. Happy and healthy wishes to you all!
