These are by far my favorite vitamins. Been taking them for several years and can tell when I run out and use another brand. Feel a bit pricey because you take 2 a day, but overall a great product! Highly recommend!

Once my prenatal vitamins ran out, I decided to switch over to a women’s multivitamin. I decided to try these and added them to a grocery order without closely examining the ingredients. I started taking one pill a day with dinner and didn’t think much about them, other than they were somewhat smelly and green. Soon after, I didn’t feel very good, but figured I must be coming down with some bug that my kids gave me. I started realizing that these vitamins might be the source of my problems when I noticed that the milk I was pumping had a bright yellow hue to it! (My urine was also a similar bright yellow.) I read the vitamin label and discovered that caffeine is included in the list of ingredients! Aside from some occasional chocolate, I avoid caffeine, especially when pregnant or nursing. I felt a bit deceived: instead of a good balance of vitamins and nutrients, the “energy” promised by these vitamins is perhaps primarily accomplished by caffeine? That was the last straw for me. If I’m purposely avoiding caffeine in things while nursing, I don’t need it slipped into a multivitamin. If I was used to drinking coffee or pop, maybe these wouldn’t have bothered me, but taking a multivitamin with caffeine in it at dinner time was not what this mom of a young baby needed.

I’ve been taking these vitamins for almost little over a year now and I have never felt better. these are the first vitamins i’ve seen with selenium in them so i snagged them to try. the tablets have a vanillay scent and are about the size of a ibuprofen 800mg. i have an aversion to big tablets, especially ones with a flavored coating. however these ones have never been an issue for me! the 200mg of caffeine help keep me focused and awake in the morning when i need it the most

I have all of the same reviews as everyone below. These are terrible and I was extemely sick from taking these. Will be throwing them away after one use.

Great multi vitamin

I bought this for the energy but I've had other positive results. I don't notice the energy boost that others have had but I've noticed my nails have been extremely healthy which is rare for me. This is making me remember to take it regularly since I like this outcome. Also my eye dr noticed some issues I was starting to develop have stopped. This does have lutein in it so I guess it really does help.

My daughter got me hooked on these vitamins. I love the way keeps my energy boosted throughout the day. I have had insomnia forever and I'm finally sleeping normal because I'm getting everything done throughout the day and nothing to keep my mind awake! My energy was so low before and this doesn't give me the jitters like coffee and energy drinks or pills do. My migraines haven't came near as often. Just simply love the stuff! Never thought I would feel that way about a vitamin.

My wife and I purchased the women's GNC multivitamins in early 2024. We were impressed with vitamins and minerals list in this products. We we got home we read the fine print on OTHER INGREDIENTS which has now led us to return this products and never purchase GNC ever again. Some of the trash in these products are: WOMENS Modified Starch GMO, Stevia, Sodium Ascorbate, and other ingredients I do not want to try to spell out. BEWARE of This Product! WOMENS - Bioengineered food ingredients Corn starch, Vegetable oil, 100MG OF CAFFEINE etc.....Please note the box we bought and the photo shown on Sam's website are different the ingredients BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT!

I wanted to like them but my doctor told me to stop taking them after being on them from June 2021 until May 2022, due to having a severe tender scalp and a burning feeling on my scalp, I went to see a neurologist. (I never would have guessed my multivitamin would be the cause. My bloodwork came back with high vitamin B6, it should have been 2.1-21.7 and it was 67.9. Which explained all the neuropathy pain in my scalp, and muscle tenderness in my legs/arm, finger, and toe numbness. Plus when looking up B6, I found this. Can B6 cause nerve damage? It may cause severe neurological trouble in case of over-dosage. Taken over an extended period of time can negatively affect the brain, creating neurological symptoms like numbness and tingling in the extremities. Taking too much may cause loss of coordination, skin lesions, and disrupted digestion. The symptoms usually resolve when the vitamin supplements are discontinued.

I generally feel like I'm always hungry with vitamins and/or I just don't get that extra boost that I need. These have supplemented my energy, my cleaner eating, and my weight loss. I'm down from 172lbs in June to 148 in December. Love these! Hope they keep them available.
