I took this for 2+ months & I ran out. Noticed a big difference in lack of energy after I ran out. I got more a month ago & can definitely say it does help with my energy.

Please be very careful taking this, ESPECIALLY if you already have high blood pressure! To preface I am a 29yo female and I did not have any history of high blood pressure prior to this. I started taking these a month ago and started having signs of high bp almost immediately but brushed it off. I went to the doctor last week 30-40 minutes after taking my dose and when she took my bp it was 160/110. After that I started monitoring it at home daily. When I got up in the morning it would be normal, after taking this it would be dangerously high again and would not go down until late at night no matter what I did. This multi was the only change I had made. I stopped taking it on Monday October 12th and have not had an elevated or high bp since!!

Although I've only been taking these vitamins for a short time the smell is just unbearable, and I don't feel an increase in my energy.

Due to the product being time-released, it especially works during the time of day when I begin to feel low or no energy.

May work for others but it made me feel very tired about 4-5 hours after taking them. Also, some DV are above triple recommended daily value.

Had blood work to check levels and my body is definitely absorbing them. Highly recommend for price.

Great for energy without feeling gittery

Feel heather and more energy than before I began taking this multivitamin. Can really tell the difference if I run out or forget to take my daily 2 tablets.

One of the only vitamins i’ve ever noticed a difference when I take it. Heavy on vitamins that women need and it does have a little push of energy for the afternoon!

Taste and smell awful!!!!!!! They do work but they have a horrible before and after taste. DO NOT TAKE ON AN EMPTY STOMACH!!! A bit pricey in my book.
