This are the best vitamin/energy/ metabolism pills I’ve ever taken... I have take this for the past year... they give me energy and I’ve lost weight .. these are the only supplement I’ll take as long as they are made... if I could I’d give them 10 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This has caffeine and will make you jittery and hyper and possibly increase heart rate. Tried two different times several months apart and had same reaction. I returned, don't need extra caffeine. It didn't give me energy at all, hated the feeling, even tried taking just one pill instead of two. No different. It would be a great vitamin if they just made it without the extra caffeine.

I've taken these for several years and no problems. I recently purchased the double pack and it stunk up the cabinet before I'd even taken off the cellophane!! They are a different color green and they smell so bad you can still taste it several minutes after swallowing it. I called the company and they said the color has changed and so did the ingredients but she wouldn't say which one. She just said they changed it to be more natural ?!? Don't know if I'll continue to take due to the smell and taste.

This was the best purchase I could have ever made for myself. I wanted a multivitamin for energy and better health. It give me that and more. I am not sleepy after 2pm at work. I can have a workout with energy and not feel tired afterwards. It's perfect for me when I am always on the go!

I just purchased the Best Vitamins ever! Got these three day's ago and wow, I now have enough energy for the whole day and night. I was always so tired and wanted to take a nap as soon as dinner was done not anymore. I am a wife that works full time, have two of the last six kid's at home ages 11 and nine in taekwondo 3 day's a week and two eight month old Mastiffs, so I have to have enough energy to keep up with family, laundry, house cleaning and husband, this is it so glad I purchased these vitamins fo myself.

I am a 56 year old busy teacher with a growing family and I need lots of energy. I honestly believe these vitamins have helped me in that area. I am on my 4th bottle and try to never miss them. They do turn your urine yellow which just reminds me to drink more water.

I wanted to like them but my doctor told me to stop taking them after being on them from June 2021 until May 2022, due to having a severe tender scalp and a burning feeling on my scalp, I went to see a neurologist. (I never would have guessed my multivitamin would be the cause. My bloodwork came back with high vitamin B6, it should have been 2.1-21.7 and it was 67.9. Which explained all the neuropathy pain in my scalp, and muscle tenderness in my legs/arm, finger, and toe numbness. Plus when looking up B6, I found this. Can B6 cause nerve damage? It may cause severe neurological trouble in case of over-dosage. Taken over an extended period of time can negatively affect the brain, creating neurological symptoms like numbness and tingling in the extremities. Taking too much may cause loss of coordination, skin lesions, and disrupted digestion. The symptoms usually resolve when the vitamin supplements are discontinued.

I have noticed a difference in just three days! My energy is up and my appetite is down these vitamins are amazing! I love them! I've always had trouble taking vitamins they make me sick to my stomach but not these and they do exactly what they say they will do!! I am very pleased with this product and hope Sam's continues to carry them at the great price!

I’ve taken these for years and have absolutely LOVED them above all other vitamins, some of which were far more expensive than these. However, upon receiving this last order I noticed some changes, primarily the smell. Even before I opened the box the smell was VERY overpowering. So much so it started stinking up our cabinet. The green color is different and they no longer taste minty-sweet. I decided to call GNC and the representative stated they changed suppliers. This supplier uses a plant based coloring which did affect the color and taste. They are proud to say they no longer use any artificial coloring and flavoring as they did before. She said the artificial color and coating from the previous supplier masked the strong smell of the vitamin. Sadly, this plant-based coating does not mask the smell but assured me the vitamin itself has not changed. This honestly brings me some peace of mind. Regardless, my concern was voiced and maybe they will tweak them in the future to adjust its palatability. Until then, I will just stomach the changes (literally), knowing they are in the best interest of the consumer, and continue taking this vitamin which I love so much. They really do make a noticeable difference in my energy and focus. Happy and healthy wishes to you all!

I have been taking these for a week now, and I can already tell a noticeable difference in my energy levels and appetite... which were the two main reasons I bought these supplements. I take one pill in the morning and the second one at lunch. I have a desk job and normally I'd be snacking right now, or chugging down the coffee to stay awake. I don't feel the need for either, which is GREAT. I've also found I've gotten up from my desk more this week, and I have more energy after work. Major pro. That being said, there is one con: I wish they would have made the pills half the size...even if that meant doubling the dose to 4 pills a day. It would make it a lot easier to get them down...they are almost an inch in size! I almost feel like I need to eat a piece of bread afterwards to push it down. For that reason, I'm giving the product 4 stars. Everything else is great. I'm happy with the price, and the product contains all the vitamins I look for in a multivitamin (iron, magnesium, D-3, biotin, etc...), so I don't need to take any additional products! Oh, also...they stink to high heaven. Seriously, the first time I opened the bottle, it took my breath away. But I know a potent multivitamin is going to have an odor that is just that, potent. I let the pill sit on my desk for a minute before I take it, not sure if that really makes a difference or not, and really to me, the benefits are worth it!
