Used this product for years. It is the complete vitamin with all the essentials. It comes in a double pack and the cost is very reasonable.

Good vitamins that do what they're supposed to do. I've noticed increased energy levels and metabolism since taking them for about a month.

Didn't notice ANY DIFFERENCE in my Energy Levels. VERY EXPENSIVE!!! @ 2 pills per day , the bottle does NOT LASTB LONG!!! LESS FILLERS and MORE CONCENTRATED pills COULD lead to a more HONEST PRICING and use model!!!

I would recommend these to anyone that does not have a problem with caffeine. I have been trying to ween myself off of Diet Mt Dew for weeks and these have been my life saver. I started taking these vitamins and the migraines have gone away and I don't have the craving for a soda anymore. The effects seem to last over my entire 12 hour work shift and I sleep like a rock when I get into bed.

I'm 60 and work out a lot. Tried it for 2 weeks. Didn't give me anymore energy, made me nauseous, couldn't sleep well, made my urine a florescent yellow color no matter how much water I drank. But the kicker was the day I got off the treadmill and almost passed out. Stopped taking them and felt better 2 days later. Might work for some, but definitely not for me.
