Hellman's HAS changed, even my friends agree. After an average of 50 years using it we have all noticed that it has gotten thinner, like its watered down, and not as tasty. I do not know what's going on, but it is not good. Our family will be trying something else.

This Hellman’s Real Mayonnaise is made with cage-free eggs and the bottle is made from 100% recycled plastic, I got the 5.5 fl oz squeeze bottle so it’s very small, only 11 servings technically, I recommend getting a larger jar or bottle. Because this mayonnaise is so good! I grew up on Hellman’s and no other mayonnaise will do, for me. Ingredients include soybean oil, water, whole eggs, distilled vinegar, egg yolks, salt, sugar, lemon juice concentrate, calcium disodium EDTA (used to protect quality), and natural flavors. It is made with ingredients derived from a bioengineered source, it lists a website where you can learn more - learnaboutmyfood.com. This mayonnaise has an informative label that tells you all you need to know! And the bottle is so convenient, instead of dipping a knife that might be used for other foods too in a jar, you can easily squeeze out the mayonnaise and spread it. I mostly enjoy this on sandwiches of all kinds, burgers, hot dogs, and I like to dip fries in a combination of mayonnaise and ketchup (especially sweet potato fries). The flavor is mild and pleasant and the texture is creamy, it’s the perfect condiment to use on sandwiches and the like to make them less dry and hold them together better.

I prefer this brand over the store brand it has a very distinct difference in quality and taste it's so creamy and rich in flavor I won't be going back to the basic kind this will be a top choice from now on!

I'm disappointed that there is no inner seal on the mayonnaise jars. I feel uncomfortable using any product that is not packaged to my safety specifications. I have noticed a different taste and texture in the last 2 jars purchased and wonder if it is because of the packaging or a recipe change. Please put a seal under the lid to ensure freshness, flavor and safety. Thank you.

Hellmann's used to be my favorite mayonnaise but as others have noted, its texture has changed. While I haven't detected any change in taste, the change in texture/viscosity is pretty obvious. It now makes bread wet when used in sandwiches and my chicken salad turns to soup the next day. Even though I have been a loyal customer for over 40 years, I am going to have to find a new mayonnaise now.

I compared the new bottle design with another brand's squeeze bottle and found that the new Hellmann's bottle style is definitely superior. Of course, the taste has always been superior, but the bottle is perfection! The precision tip made it super easy to use without knife or spoon and the clean cap made it mess-free and definitely busy woman friendly. I highly recommend the new bottle style to all the busy moms, working women, dads and just anyone looking for an easy solution with no mess! Great Job, Hellmann's!

I have been a loyal fan of hellman's mayonnaise sine my childhood days growin up in Pennsylvania. We NEVER used an other product. But, I have noticed the texture becomes thinner, more like creamed soup after it is opened an in the refrigerator . I have thrown out the last two BIG jars I purchased, I am so disappointed, please make it like you used to.

One of the only condiments I am deeply brand loyal too - once you taste Hellman’s, everything else tastes bad. Even my danish host family used to import Hellman’s from the United States after living there. I use it in egg salad, on sandwiches, and in Alison Romans cornbread. 

I miss the days of getting the large jars from Sam's Club, but at least they still carry Hellman's. The squeeze bottles, I admit, are pretty convenient, but like everyone else has said, getting it all out is impossible. Please consider bringing back the large jars!

I know that homemade mayo or mayo made without vegetable oils are the healthiest but I can't stand the taste of the avocado or coconut oil mayonnaise and homemade mayo guys bad so quickly. This is very tasty and convenient and is one of my favorite mayos.
