I think Hellmann's Creamy Balsamic is simply fantastic! I eat it on wheat saltine crackers as a treat, and on hard boiled eggs. My guess is that there must be a lot of other new recipes for such a dressing, and offering some might help cooks put it to best use. I don't consider it mayonaise: it is too good to be simply mayo. In fact, if I were Hellmann's, I would give it a distinctive label so it would not appear to be just another mayo on the shelf. (Please understand that I also think Hellmann's makes the best regular mayonaise.)

I've been using hellmans my whole life and it was the best but recently it's changed there is no flavor in the mayo at all. Why would I want to eat all those extra calories if there's not any flavor making it worth while? I dont know what you did hellmans but you ruined a perfect thing, please CHANGE it back.

I've been meaning to write this review for some time now. I've been eating Hellman's mayo for 50 plus years. As a child, we were somewhat poor. However, we enjoyed eating Hellman's mayo sandwiches when money was tight!! We loved it. Yet some time ago, I started to notice a definite change in the taste and consistency. It is not as "fluffy" (for lack of a better word), and it slides off the knife more like a salad dressing. The biggest concern is the taste. You claim to use all natural ingredients which may be so but the taste is no longer "good". Why the change? Why? Is it a matter of making it cheaper to make? If that is the case, raise the price. I'd like the old Hellman's back please. What you are putting out now tastes strange - so much so that I don't even enjoy putting it on a sandwich anymore. And what is my alternative? I don't want to stop using mayo altogether but Hellman's is just not the same and its not even acceptable anymore.

I'm so excited that best foods has created this mayonnaise that does not contain soy bean oil because I cannot have soy in my diet and I love there mayonnaise and I hope that they continue to make this new version because otherwise I'm going to have to stop eating mayonnaise.

I have only used Hellman's all my life. Taste and texture was superior to all others. Imagine my surprise to see that Hellman's now contains Bioengineered ingredients! I am so deeply disappointed in the brand. I will be researching for a new mayo.

For years this is the only mayo I’ll buy. I cook all the time, I can instantly tell the difference if it’s not Hellman’s sadly they’re a bit higher I prefer the taste of quality as opposed to generic. Even my teenage kids can tell the differences!

One of the only condiments I am deeply brand loyal too - once you taste Hellman’s, everything else tastes bad. Even my danish host family used to import Hellman’s from the United States after living there. I use it in egg salad, on sandwiches, and in Alison Romans cornbread. 

I have been using Hellmann's mayo exclusively for over 60 years. I have briefly tried others over the years but their taste and texture or consistency never equaled Hellmann's. I am not sure when it happened, but you have apparently changed my favorite mayo's texture and probably the taste which in my opinion went hand and hand. I liked the original Hellmann's before you made the change. That made it Hellmann's and that was the best. I am sure you had reasons for the change but feel you have disappointed millions of users who liked the original Hellmann's mayo more than your current version. It is true we will all be dead soon enough and the next generation will never know what the original Hellmann's tasted like. If possible you may wish to re-issue the original as an alternative to your current version and have two products.

This product has been so ingrained as part of my life-through the difficult times growing up in upstate NY to becoming an adult and sharing the love that is Hellman's in so many of our family recipes with our large family. We just wanted to say thank you and we hope one day to give the same memories to our great grand children through using Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise in our daily meals.
