You have changed the ingredients or the quality of the ingredients or the percentage of each ingredient. Your customers are not idiots. I hope the increase in profit margins is making up for all of your lost customers. The iconic Hellmans mayonnaise is now tasteless watery garbage. One question, is carrageenan one of the “natural flavors”??

I have used Helllmann's since I was little. I am now 70 years young. I have to say, when my husband who is an avid Miracle Whip eater, made the comment, his MW seemed "soupy" for some reason. I thought, leave it to MW to cut bake on Quality. Well to my surprise, 2 months later, I refill my Hellman's on my last grocery run, can I tell you how disappointed I am that the same thing has happened to my Hellman's ? You've changed something, going forward until you put it back the way it was. I'm done with Hellman's. I am putting this note on all my Social Media platforms, your supporters no longer count. How sad are you?

Hellmann's mayo is a classic and a staple item in my kitchen. It's creamy rich texture and high quality ingredients is perfect in any dish, simple or complex.

I have been buying Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise exclusively for 40 years. My family has been using only Hellmann's for decades longer than that. it was a staple in my family. I've never even looked at other brands. I guess we had a good run, but it's time to look elsewhere. The new formula, while not quite pourable, is far less stiff than before. The consistency used to be almost custard-like, and could stiffen up secret sauces (ketchup and mayo). Now it is runny. The flavor also seems to have less zing and be more flat tasting. Pro tip:If you like the original pre-soupy Hellmann's it seems like the jars with the plastic tamper-evident ring that breaks off when you open the jar have the good mayo. The jars without the ring that have the foil seal have the bad mayo.

Something has changed with the mayonaise recipe, it is oily and laeaves a weird sensation in the mouth. Is this consistnet with the change inte jar, it is supposed to me bore ecofriendly. But bring back the fluffy, origninla Hellman's Mayo! This new stuff is gross!

Good to the last drop....literally! My new go to for cook-outs or day trips, sandwiches always taste better with Hellmanns.

1-The color of the mayonnaise from the packaging changed its grayish 2- taste is different 3- why change after so many years of great product- I am a caterer for 40 years I made my own salad dressings for all different salads… I’m going to have to look for another brand now it’s just not the same… come on what’s wrong with you people…the biggest empires have crumbled and disappeared if you don’t pay attention to public opinion don’t think you’re indestructible…what a pity …

I remember Jacque Pepin mentioning to Julia Childs that America did make some products that were outstanding. I think she was a little surprised by this. He gave Hellman's as an example. He said it's a superior product and after trying just about every mayonnaise out there, I have to agree with Jacque. Hellman's is just the best. I like the fact that it's lighter in body than other mayos, and seasoned perfectly. If you want the best tomato sandwich use Hellman's.
