Commend you guys for trying to use recycled plastic for your plastic jars...however, you have a WHITE/CREAM product. You can't have a greyish container out of the blue and not expect people to wonder what is going on - or that there is something wrong with your product. Either dye the plastic a purposeful color - or find a better way to help save the environment...because grey mayo is gross!

The taste of the original mayonnaise has changed. The conglomerate responsible for manufacturing our goods has moved to cheap, I undesirable ingredients. I will make homemade mayonnaise from now on. They’ve ruined so many food products. Very upsetting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Received Hellmann's squeeze bottle to try from Influenster with the understanding that I would try it out and share my opinions about it.Hellmann's is a staple in my house we always use it, for everything! tuna fish sandwiches,burgers,ham and cheese, homemade cheese steaks,potato salad, deviled eggs and so many other things! I have tried the old squeeze bottle and it was okay although messy, the cap would be full of clear greasy old mayo which was no fun it made opening and closing the bottle so ikky i was always washing my hands.The new squeeze bottle though is a revelation! its clean,( no messy cap) easy to use and great to take with you to picnics,Bbq's, the beach, anywhere really and it still has the same great taste that I love!

Hellman's is gipping us all! 15 or so yrs ago, Hellmans changed its plastic squeeze bottle which had a wide mouthed top, to a taller, narrower squeeze bottle which made it more difficult to get the remaining 20% of the mayo out. Now they've done it again! They think we won't notice! Have made the mouth ever so slightly more narrow so that you can't get even more of the mayo out. Have to throw away & open new bottle. The president of Hellmams claims to be environmentally concerned, but that's a lie. He can sell more mayo if we can't empty the bottle. Very sneaky & hypocritical - & frustrating & insulting to the consumer. Does he think we're too stupid to notice? I hope his grandchildren realize he's a liar & a phoney.

If there is one ingredient I cannot be without in my house it is Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise. I use it in so many recipes -- from savory lunches to breakfast sandwiches -- but nothing mixes like Hellmann's. If you try to use anything else on say a lobster or shrimp roll, or especially something like chicken or ham salad, you will taste the different immediately. I also use Hellmann's in several hot recipes, including this incredible warm blue cheese dip that is great by itself, but excellent on chicken sandwiches with a little hot sauce and celery. The other place Hellmann's really shines in my cooking is to accent otherwise bland combinations. For example, I make five different kinds of dinner roll sliders and even on the ones you'd never think to add mayo, like the Asian beef sliders, adding a dollop of Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise gives it more depth. The other best thing I like about using the Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise as opposed to any other condiment is how well it holds other flavors and marries with other ingredients. Over the past few decades, I've been inspired to make at least 20 different kinds of spreads using it as a base. I first became inspired to use it with shredded basil, Worcestershire sauce and kosher salt like an herbed aioli, but as the years have unfolded I've discovered all sorts of other amazing combos, like hot sauce spiced mayo for homemade faux sushi rolls, and even mixing it with extra virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon, salt and pepper for THE perfect accompaniment to French fries. It is a must-have for almost any salad dressing, especially those you can use for dipping. Another amazing thing about Hellmann's Real Mayo is how good it is for leftovers. Even leftover holiday dishes you don't think you can stomach for one more helping can become special and refreshed with a slather of Hellmann's. One of my favorite things to do is take a slice of cold stuffing and put it on a plate. Mix leftover cranberry sauce and spread it on the stuffing. Then place a few pieces of turkey atop that followed by more cran-mayo. Then top that with another sliver of cold stuffing. It's tough to beat a cold meatloaf sandwich with Hellmann's Mayo on soft white bread, but this is a close second when it comes to revamping leftovers. Best and most used ingredient goes to Hellmann's Real Mayo for me.

Hellmann's consistent flavor is something I know I can always count on. We eat alot of salad and I love to experiment with salad dressing. I get rave reviews thanks to Hellman's. I also use it on my baked chicken cutlets to keep them moist and juicy.

I love Hellmann's mayonnaise, never use anything else.I have also done your taste test. And was able to tell the difference between the reg. and the light. I have very good taste buds. And I know when like something or not. I even have my husband loving it on his sand which. There is nothing like it. Macaroni, potato salads, devild eggs.

The taste has changed. Hellmans has indicated that they did not change the recipe, so this must be a change along the supply line. It tastes like miracle whip, which is significantly different from their old “real mayo”. Please change it back. I have switched to Duke until you fix the issue

I would like to know why Hellman’s has changed the jars making it look like gray mayo? It’s really nauseating to grab the jar out of the fridge and looks like gray mayo from the outside. I’ve used Hellman’s all my life and don’t want to switch, but I just can’t stand the grayness.

This is the only mayonnaise I buy. I prefer this over and salad dressing and any other mayonnaise. It’s not sweet like salad dressings are and has a good taste. Doesn’t leave an aftertaste or make my mouth feel weird after like some other kinds I’ve tried
