I just need you to know I am a hellmans user forever. I did try mikes and totally did not like it. So it's hellmans for me all the way. Miles was just thick and not as good in my opinion.

Only mayo we use! Have tried other brands but they don't hold up in flavor, creaminess, texture, taste!! Smells so good nice fresh taste every time!! Use it in apt of recipes from deviled eggs to potato salads!! Very versatile! No acid flavor or aftertaste!! Stays fresh for a long time!

First of all, I've always used Hellman's mayonnaise and love it. My last jar of Hellman's has a very strange consistency, it's almost pourable and the oil totally separates and needs stirring before I can use it. Has the processing changed? I'm nervous about trying it again.
