[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Received Hellmann's squeeze bottle to try from Influenster with the understanding that I would try it out and share my opinions about it.Hellmann's is a staple in my house we always use it, for everything! tuna fish sandwiches,burgers,ham and cheese, homemade cheese steaks,potato salad, deviled eggs and so many other things! I have tried the old squeeze bottle and it was okay although messy, the cap would be full of clear greasy old mayo which was no fun it made opening and closing the bottle so ikky i was always washing my hands.The new squeeze bottle though is a revelation! its clean,( no messy cap) easy to use and great to take with you to picnics,Bbq's, the beach, anywhere really and it still has the same great taste that I love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I was given the squeeze tube of this for free. This is my honest opinion. First, the squeeze tube bottle is awesome. I love the ease of it, and it doesn't take up much room in my fridge. Second, the flavor is great. I mix this with a green salsa to make a dressing for taco salad and it mixes in perfectly without leaving chunks of mayo. Hubby loves it!... When I made his BLT's the other night he said he didn't know what was different, but he loved them. The only thing different was the brand of mayo - Hellmanns!

When I buy Hellmann's Mayonnaise it takes me back to my mom's cooking. To her wonderful potato salad that my grandmother's taught her to make. We did not have allot of money; but we had a garden and two great cooks in our family. My mom and my grandmother taught us that you only use the best ingredients in your recipes. That meant we only bought Hellmann's Mayonnaise. Now I use Hellmann's in all the family recipes as does my my sister. To us Hellmann's is the only mayonnaise that recreats the flavors that I remember as a child. Hellmann's goes back three generations in our family, nothing but the best will do in sandwiches, salads and even in our famous mayonnaise chocolate cake.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hellman's Mayo is the only Mayo that I buy. It has the best taste, & I've been eating it on sandwiches since I was a kid. The texture is so smooth and it amplifies almost any food. Absolutely would recommend!!

Please never stop making Hellmann's Mayonnaise in the JAR. As good as the squeeze bottle is, we recently purchased your product in the traditional jar. Wow ... THIS is the taste that takes me back to my childhood. The consistency and taste are completely different. Please keep making the old fashioned jar product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this mayonnaise because of its consistency and spreadability. It is smooth and tastes nice. Its taste is on a sour side and you can easily taste egg in it. Its overall creamy and great for adding in any wrap and sandwich and can be used as dip after adding some seasoning.

I've been a Hellman's fan for 50 years. For the past year I started using Hellman's packets - for convenience. I'd tuck them into a pocket heading to picnics and parties because I hate Miracle Whip so I'd always have trust Hellman's with me. Then I started noticing a cardboard like after-taste and a funny texture lingering on the palate after swallowing. I thought the packets went bad, though there is no date on them and I threw out the box them came in. So I threw them out. Then I opened a fresh bottle of Hellmans. SAME taste and lingering texture! Bottle was fresh, consistency seemed good, I thought it was me. Two weeks later I started noticing a change in the texture of the remaining mayo - it was less dense, not runny as some suggest, but certainly degrading. I did something I rarely do - discarded the bottle before I reached the bottom - it was just getting weird a month after opening (and I like mine cold, so its always refrigerated). I started Googling around and there are MANY people complaining of the same issues (though more complaining about soupiness which I can't say I've experienced - or not as badly anyway as texture did change). This never happened in the years I've been using the product - going to start seeking alternatives.

When I was younger my parents always bought miracle whip...which was still referred to as Mayo. Miracle whip is so tangy, but I didn't mind until I ordered a sandwich from Subway with mayo. They use real mayo. I prefer the taste of real mayo and Hellman's makes the best!

Used the real mayonnaise for years to make ranch dressing. Just recently made ranch dressing and it tasted awful! Narrowed it down to the new mayonnaise. Smelled it and tasted the mayonnaise straight out of the jar and actually smelled like plastic and nasty. Go back to tge old mayonnaise. I won't buy this kind again.
