Thanks for reaching out. The color of our Real Mayonnaise is due to PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled material). PCR is inherently darker in color, but is 100% food safe and approved by the FDA. Rest assured, the mayonnaise and mayonnaise dressing inside our jars and bottles has not changed and has the same delicious taste you expect from Hellmann’s. Also, our ingredient supplies have not changed. The label text was added this year for a new USDA rule. In North America, nearly all soybean & canola crops are bioengineered (GMO).
