I grew up on Helmans (i am 50). whatever you did to the recpie is terrible. tastes like oil or plastic! was wondering why i was having such an aversion to it in recent months, then found out you changed the ingred. yuck! please go back to orig. ingred.

I was a bit hesitant to try the new squirt bottle type dispenser by Hellmann's as I had mixed results with other products like it. Happy to say, I was pleasantly surprised how well it worked. I can get just the right amount every time, and it stores so easily on the fridge door.

Think Hellman's mayo seems different lately? Take a large spoon and mix it in circles inside the jar - it's full of air! It's no longer as thick in consistency until you do this...tastes a little different, too. You can even hear the air escape and watch the product shrink in the container. I'm sure this was done so they could fill the bottles with less product. Your full jar isn't so full and neither is whatever you're adding it to! Disappointing. I'm switching back to Miracle Whip.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new squeeze bottle that Helmann's has. I make lots of sandwiches and this makes making many sandwiches a breeze. My grandkids will be able to make their own lunch, or help me. It also fits nicely in the fridge door and is easy to find. I am also so pleased that there is little waste. Great design , looking forward to getting more.

I use this for all of my salads that require mayonnaise and for sandwiches too. It doesn’t get that tang and mushy texture you get from miracle whip. It’s creamy smooth and has great flavor you can tel it’s a good quality real mayonnaise and definitely worth trying even for sworn miracle whip fans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was lucky enough to score a squeeze bottle of Hellman's from Influenster and tried it out immediately. We are mayo fanatics in our home and we only use Hellman's Real Mayo (the other stuff will not do). I called my kids, ages 8, 5, and 3, into the kitchen to help me make sandwiches and they were really excited because I don't like their help applying mustard or mayo to bread as they would always stick butter knives into the mustard and then into the mayo (or vice versa) and that would drive me crazy! That problem has now been eliminated! The squeeze bottle was very easy to squeeze even for the 3 year old. Just enough mayo came out and there was no mayo explosion. I recommend the squeeze bottle for sandwich making or for use as a condiment at home, at the park for picnics, or at barbeque's. It really makes for a convenient way to use Hellman's anywhere!

I recently had the chance to compare the taste between Hellmans Mayo without the cage free label and one with and notice an off taste (almost a sweetness) to the Cage Free. I was hoping you would produce both but now all I can find in the stores is the cage free. Is there anything else you've done different to the "Real Mayonnaise" ? I wish you would go back to the original.

My mother passed away just three years ago at the young age of 100 1/2. She always told me Hellman's mayonnaise was the best. Like most young people I questioned her knowledge and bought a different brand.....only once. I learned that Mum was right about mayo and so many other things.
