Purchased for my daughter and granddaughters who absolutely love Luzianne Decaf tea! Love the fact we get 96 of these which helps when you are making gallons of tea!!

I cannot tolerate caffeine anymore and Luzianne makes the best decaffeinated tea. I make it by the gallon which lasts for several days for the two of us. I buy this regularly at Sam’s.

We love this tea at church for Wednesday night dinner. We have many seniors that attend and choose decaf for purposes of sleeping at night. We are unable to find it in the Sam's store so we are thankful it can be purchased on line.

I love this tea. I make it first thing when I get up. You can always find a pitcher of it in my refrigerator. Some brands have a bitter taste but not this brand. Also, the bags don’t burst like some other brands.

We enjoy Luzianne decaffeinated iced tea. We love Luzianne's story and love that the tea is brewed specifically for iced tea. We can't get enough of this wonderful tea.

My store's inventory is severely lacking. While the this tea is great, the store located in South Charleston, West Virginia, operates poorly. It is surprising that they are often out of basic items such as Members Mark paper towels, ground beef, and tea bags. Since the COVID-19 pandemic ended three years ago, the necessity to travel approximately fifty miles to Huntington, West Virginia, for fresh groceries has become inconvenient. I frequently place online orders because of the limited selection and inefficient floor plan that primarily caters to lower-income or rural customers, rather than middle or upper-income shoppers. On a positive note, the customer service department demonstrates commendable professionalism. In fall 2025, I inadvertently used my work delivery address when placing an order. Upon arriving downtown at 10 pm, I found that my order had not arrived. I was dismayed over my mistake and believed I had lost $100. To my surprise, the company went above and beyond by issuing a refund, allowing me to reorder the items the next day. Such customer-centric actions are rare among businesses today.

It has great flavor

The club where I shop no longer carries this in the store. It is our favorite for making iced tea, but now I have to order it on line, pay shipping costs, etc.... The item gets a rave review. The fact that I can't pick it up when I shop gets a thumbs down.

When I first got a Sam's Club membership I was really excited they offered Luzianne Decaffinated tea. I bought it that day. When I needed to purchase more I couldn't find it. I've checked many times to see if it was even available for purchase online through Sam's Club, it constantly says out of stock. I know I'm not the only one bummed about this.

My husband grew up drinking iced tea and still drinks a pitcher a day. We recently tried the decaf tea and he found no difference in taste. He was pleased to be able to switch and sams has much better prices than the grocery store. I am well pleased with this product
