I have used Luzianne Decaffeinate tea for many years. I make mine in a coffee maker. I drink a gallon of sweet tea a day. I also take a gallon to church on Wednesday nights and special Sundays. This is my favorite drink.

My wife and I are Ice Tea Drinkers, all 12 mounts of the year. We use Luzianne! Most consistent tea blend we have found. Also their company is outstanding, truly a standup company. EPG

Excellent decaffeinated tea with a great flavor. Sometimes I feel we loose flavor with decaffeinated tea but not so with Louisiane! It's delicious!

My store's inventory is severely lacking. While the this tea is great, the store located in South Charleston, West Virginia, operates poorly. It is surprising that they are often out of basic items such as Members Mark paper towels, ground beef, and tea bags. Since the COVID-19 pandemic ended three years ago, the necessity to travel approximately fifty miles to Huntington, West Virginia, for fresh groceries has become inconvenient. I frequently place online orders because of the limited selection and inefficient floor plan that primarily caters to lower-income or rural customers, rather than middle or upper-income shoppers. On a positive note, the customer service department demonstrates commendable professionalism. In fall 2025, I inadvertently used my work delivery address when placing an order. Upon arriving downtown at 10 pm, I found that my order had not arrived. I was dismayed over my mistake and believed I had lost $100. To my surprise, the company went above and beyond by issuing a refund, allowing me to reorder the items the next day. Such customer-centric actions are rare among businesses today.
