It was broken and the foam had come out in the box.

Purchased new home, needed extinguishers. Good price for two; praying I never have to use them.

Just in case....

Every house should have at least one I have two one for the kitchen and one for the bedroom.

When the item arrived 1 of the extinguishers had exploded and was not usable.

Kiddie Twin Pack Extinguisher

These came in a box with white powder leaking out. We are not sure if this was due to the delivery process or the fire extinguishers themselves. 
I would not recommend these especially because they are meant to keep you safe in case of a fire, because they obviously will not work or hold up. Wish I could have a better review but not with this item.

Defective

I keep extinguishers in everything with an engine, 3 in the garage, 2 in the kitchen (one of these and a Type K), and one by every door.  I haven't had to use one in the house, but have used them several times for vehicles/engines/other fires, and just for practice and teaching others.   If the gauge gets too low, use it to practice/teach.  They still work, just don't reach as far.  DO Remember to replace it!
I say this to show that I'm certainly not an expert, but I do have some experience with these devices.  I used to only buy the refillable type, but nowadays the disposables are much more cost effective.  
These Kiddies are easy to use, have a decent mounting bracket that is easy to install, and in my experience have a reliable gauge to determine when they need to be replaced.
It would be difficult to have too many.  For the money, I would highly recommend these ABC extinguishers.
