No need to marinate the steaks. Wish I could still but it in the store. My friends and I bought two and split the cost. They were looking for it too.

It's great to season burgers, roasts, chops and many other meats......not recommended for poultry though. It is not the easiest item to find but Sam's had it at the best price.....I only wish it was sold in their stores though.

I bought steak dust and I find it is the best seasoning I use it on every thing just got to have it
