Perfect for steaks, chops, or burgers as a grilling seasoning. Not overwhelming but adds a nice flavor.

Since I discovered this seasoning, I use it exclusively on steaks, hamburgers, and grilled pork chops if I am not doing a simple salt and pepper seasoning. I have not tried it but I would almost bet the flavors would work well with chicken. It has a small bite that is not overpowering for children, and it is extremely well balanced with the sugar, the acidity of the lemon and citric acid, and the flavors of garlic and onion.

I sprinkled some on some pork chops and put them in the fridge over night in a cooking bag. Then I added some red potatoes and carrots and onions the next day. Then I did as the directions said for the cooking bag and baked them the next day. I've never had pork that good in my life (69 yrs) as I did for that meal!!

Use it for steaks and hamburgers on the grill! Tastes great every time!
