I use this one seasoning on several meat types. It is great as a basic salt and pepper type of of substitute. I have used it on salmon and tilapia as well. My family said that it was not a bad use of the seasoning. It is great on beef and pork, but you have to balance the amount to make sure not to over do it.

We use this rub on every meat and on potatoes too. My whole family loves it.
