I have used Gillette shaving products all my adult life (50+). This Fusion is the worst razor and blades that I have ever used. I am very glad I did not throw out my Marc 3 Turbo, as I certainly will be using it in the future. The Fusion does NOT give a smooth shave and the razor is difficult to hold and adjust to my face.

I used these blades for years. I could get a good months worth out of these blades until they changed them. They now break down in a week and scratch your face up! They did this on purpose thinking you will replace blades more and Gillette makes more money. Done with your product.

A friend gave me one and it came with a blade cartridge refill. I used for the 1st time today and I'm very impressed. I gotta close smooth shave beard lined up perfect. Literally best shave and razor I've had in my whole 20 years of shaving. I started shaving at 15 yrs old I'm now 35 years old and nothing has came close to the shaving power ofGillette fusion 5!

I was excited to get this free razor for testing. I use another Gillette razor (vibrating one), so I was curious to compare the two. I did not like the handle of this razor - it is slippery and very thin, not comfortable to grip in the hand. To sum it up, this razor is not as good as the other Gillette one that I use.

I have been using Gillette razors since the 60s and have always found them to be superior to any competitors razors. About a month ago I picked up a 2 pack of Fusion5 cartridges by mistake. The best mistake I ever made! The first time i shaved with one of these blades I was shocked, it was the best shave I ever had and I estimate I've had 20,000 plus. I used that blade for about a month with no issues. This morning I changed to a new blade and like the first time, a great shave!

This is one of the best razors I have ever used. The only problem with this blade is that it does not last that long. The package advertises that the cartridges will last up to 3 months. Unfortunately I have never even gotten close to the time frame. The 4 pack usually last me one month only. Due to my profession, I must shave every day. I don't know if the frequency of my shaves have anything to do with the shortened life of the blade.

I've had many razors in my day. (I'm 82) and remember "Push-pull-click-click change blades that quick." I also remember when Gillette blades had "Duridium" (whatever that was.) But these blades not only give me my best shave but are cheaper in the long run since they last more than a month of shaves. Can't go wrong with this razor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All of my life, I've only purchased disposable razor blades. Whatever disposable razor pack brand is on sale at the moment, is what I pick up. The handle is sturdy and ergonomic, and fits comfortably in my hand. The weight of the razor is perfect, with just enough weight to it. The blade contours to the shape of your face, without having to put much pressure. The 5 blades give a very close shave, and I didn't even have to use any shaving cream. I was able to shave in the shower like I normally do and just used water. I really like how the top of the blade is left uncovered. This makes it so much easier to clean after use. Unlike all other razors I've used, you never have access to the top of the blade. The only thing I didn't like about the razor is I wish it came with a cover to put over the blade when not in use. I travel occasionally for business and a cover over the blade would be ideal. Also, the plastic holder it comes with is extremely bulky and won't fit in my small medicine cabinet. These are minor problems for me, as overall I really liked the Gillette Fusion razor. I will probably be saying "Bye Bye Disposables" from now on.

I bought the razor today (08/20) and was surprised at how great of a shake I got. I absolutely love this razor. I am a college student at UCF and will be buying these razors more often. I didn’t even feel the razor shave and left me super smooth, one of the best shaves I’ve ever experienced. I also bought the shave gel for the fusion 5 and absolutely loved the experience! But my only question is have long does the lubrication strip last before I have to replace the razor?

I know that Gillette has new generations in their line of razors but I am very happy with this one. My only concern is that the day may come when I can no longer get these replacement blades. note: my wife likes it when I dedicate a very close Fusion shave to her :)
