[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the Gillette Mach 3, I must say that I am pretty satisfied with the razor. I have used the razor multiple times, as I shave 3-4 times per week. Like many razors, the first few shaves were great. No problems at all, and my face felt very smooth with hardly to no razor burns. The razor is very light when using it, feels as if you can manipulate it easily, and while is noticeable that it only has 3 blades, the razor does a great job of performing as if it has more. I noticed that no hair got stuck in the blades which is great, and that it was easily rinsed after use. After several uses, I started to notice the usual wear and tear on the razor and then the lack of smooth shave. It appeared to happen sooner on this blade than my usual. This is fine, so long as replacement blades are not very expensive like others. I think it's good to know how many shaves it takes before a razor becomes dulled. For me, this number was approximately 6 shaves, which is hopefully useful to others. I think that the gel pads at the top and bottom were good quality and did not break down as quickly, which helped smooth out all of the shaves. The razor only cut me once, but I'm not sure if that was more of my fault or not. All in all, it's a solid choice for a razor, but there are better ones out there. If this razor has cheaper replaceable heads than other brands, I might choose this one.

This has a better release of stubble, than any modern razor I have tried.(Easy rinsing) This is a great stride, in it's own right. The comfort is on par with a barbers touch. Contours easily to fit any jaw line, or wherever it's tasked to work. It works for extended service, as I have yet to require a blade change. It works as intended,easily a winner, and gets 4.5 stars. (they are not adjustable)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried the Mach 3 razor and was amazed. This is the smoothest razor I've ever tried. I have sensitive skin so my face is very prone to sensitivity with a lot of other razors I've tried. I had absolutely no issue with the Mach 3. Even with using it on the third time if still felt like the first use. It glides along your face smoothly and also requires fewer strokes than other razors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Mach 3 system may be a good choice for some - it just didn't hit the mark for me. The lubricant wore off after on 3 uses and the blades seemed to clog up making it somewhat uncomfortable to use. On the plus side - the the razor system itself is easy to load, and felt good in my hand. However, that did not translate to close, smooth, shave. May work for some - just did not hit the mark for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used this razor for 2 shaves. I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality of shave thus far. I am reserving judgement for this razor and will give it 5 stars if it performs well after 10 or more shaves.

I have been using these blades for the past 15 years, if not longer when they were originally called Mach 3 Turbo. They provide a very good shave at a fair price (could be lower of course). True, your 5 blade razors are better. But they are very pricey. For the record: these razors are superior to other manufactures especially Harry's Razors which boast 5 blades. Yes...these 3 blades provide a better shave than Harry's 5 blade razors. All in all...I am very satisfied with your products...shaving creams as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gillette Mach 3 is a good razor. Now, I don't think that it is the best razor out there, but it certainly gets the job done. It gives a clean, close shave and the blades seem to last through 6-7 shaves before they start tugging. I also appreciate the spacing of the blades. A lot of the multi-blade razors get clogged easily because of the lack of space between blades; however, only having 3 blades gives the Mach 3 an advantage in this area. Keep in mind, though, that this may mean you will need extra strokes to get a really clean shave. That depends greatly from person to person and the length of the hairs in question. For the average Joe that isn't trying to tackle a thick beard, it will do just fine. Heck, for the guys with thick beards, this would still make a nice blade for trimming and cleaning up. Overall, it's a good blade that I wouldn't have a problem recommending. I don't think it will replace my current favorite blade, but I would have no problem buying it if my favorite was not available for some reason or if I was traveling and wanted a temporary replacement.

I hadn't used the Mach 3 since the late 90's. I wish I had never stopped because anything more than 3 blades causes severe irritation, no matter what I tried. I went back to this old Mach 3 with absolutely zero irritation. I would assume because it doesn't have all those unnecessary blades, it's angled, and spaced perfectly. I'm permanently going back to the Mach 3.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Mach 3 will give you a good shave, the handle is light and maneuvers well. The problem I is the size of the blade which are three small blades. I got a close shave ,but I cant imagine the Mach 3 lasting through many shaves.
