[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this razor this morning and was very happy. It did not leave any razor burn whatsoever which I almost always get every time. I had to go over a few areas multiple times but I would prefer that over once and getting cut and bleeding any day of the week. I would get the cartridges for this any day now going forward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impression of the Mach 3 was how light it was and how good it felt in my hand. I don’t shave everyday so my beard is about a 1/4 inch and my usual razor always pulls on the hair. That being said, the Mach 3 handled my stubble with no pulling and glided smoothly across my skin with absolutely no irritation! The shave left my skin baby soft with no rough stubble left. Very close shave without any irritation or razor burn! I highly recommend trying this razor. I am anxious to see how many shaves the blade lasts before I need to change it. I will update this info when the blade gets dull.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the coolest razor I've used in my whole life. With the Mach3 there is no more banging your razor on the edge of the sink. Beard people know exactly what I am talking about. No more putting tissue when you get cut because you don't even have to press down for it to work. Smooth as a babbies butt.... Five stars 4ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Gillette Mach 3 razor occasionally since 2010. The Mach 3 is far superior to any disposable on the market. The first few shaves with a new blade give my face one of the closest, smoothest shaves that I have ever felt. It provides a very close shave that you will not get with many other razors, but it does have some minor flaws. I shave about 3-4 times per week, and this razor only makes it about 2 weeks. After 4 shaves it feels like I am shaving with a shard of glass, so the razor blade needs to be replaced more often than I think it should be changed. I also wish that the duracomfort blade had an aloe lubricated moisturizer on the blade. This would help the Gillette Mach 3 glide better and last longer.  Besides these few flaws I still use the Gillette Mach 3 regularly, and would recommend this razor to anyone that likes a close shave.

On my 3rd blade out of a 15 pack. I'm extremely disappointed. After reading reviews I decided to try the Mach 3 but I honestly don't think the good reviews are real. I shave my head daily. Not a close shave at all. Also no guarantee. I would gladly return the ones I have left.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This razor pleasantly surprised me! I wasn't expecting much from the triple blade system, but it was fantastic! It cut through my thick stubble with ease and didn't snag or cut my skin at all! The only reason I gave it a 4 is because it doesn't have a single touch up blade on the top corner for the edges. Other than that, this is a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gillette Mach 3 is a good razor. Now, I don't think that it is the best razor out there, but it certainly gets the job done. It gives a clean, close shave and the blades seem to last through 6-7 shaves before they start tugging. I also appreciate the spacing of the blades. A lot of the multi-blade razors get clogged easily because of the lack of space between blades; however, only having 3 blades gives the Mach 3 an advantage in this area. Keep in mind, though, that this may mean you will need extra strokes to get a really clean shave. That depends greatly from person to person and the length of the hairs in question. For the average Joe that isn't trying to tackle a thick beard, it will do just fine. Heck, for the guys with thick beards, this would still make a nice blade for trimming and cleaning up. Overall, it's a good blade that I wouldn't have a problem recommending. I don't think it will replace my current favorite blade, but I would have no problem buying it if my favorite was not available for some reason or if I was traveling and wanted a temporary replacement.

I do a lot of dry shaving and the Mach 3 does a great job with no pulling or razor burn. Unlike the multi-blade razors, the three blades rinse clean and the Mach 3 is ready for next time. Recommended .

I've been using the Mach 3 for a few years now. They are by far the most comfortable blades made. The angle at which the blades are facing is different than all the other razors. I've stopped using the "disposable" one time use blades after trying the Mach 3

I've used disposable ones all my life and I have to say, I won't be going back. This gives a really close shave without causing the redness and discomfort that you can get from disposable razors. It's really sturdy as well, due to the fact that this is metal and not plastic. I would highly recommend you give this razor a try!
