I highly recommend this razor to people who need to save money but want an excellent razor for daily use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For someone who shaves fairly often, I genuinely feel like this Gillette mach 3 is both the best value in a razor I have used and quite possibly the top razor I have felt on my face. I'll tell you why. First, the blade has an uncanny ability to conform to your face in a rather comforting way. You need not use a plethora of shaving cream; rather, simply coat your face and begin shaving. I used this razor twice while on vacation without cream and felt little to no tightness or pulling one would normally experience. That's indicative of an extremely high quality razor, contrasting with its relatively low price point. What really sold me on the razor was its durability. I have really tough bristles on my face as I keep my face closely cut and never give the hair room to smooth out. Normally, a comparative razor blade gives me maybe 5-8 shaves. I used this blade for 12. For a razor at this price point, its durability is out of the ballpark. After a fantastic experience with this razor, I'm seriously considering sticking with Gillete (I've become a little addicted to not rubbing shaving cream on my face :))

Gillette is my go to brand and I was happy to try Gillette Mach 3. The blades have my a nice close shave it was easy to use and and worked well in getting the right curves needed for me to trim my beard. It was a close shave but didn’t irritate my skin what so ever. I enjoyed the way I looked afterwords and even got compliments from my family afte the shave. I would purchase this and recommend. I received the product for free to try.

My girlfriend even stole this razor for shaving her legs and said it was really nice to use and easy to handle around the shin, ankle bones and kneecaps- all places she typically has issues with. This razor Works equally as well for quick touch ups and full face shaving.

The blades did the job excellently and felt very comfortable and glided over my face smoothly without cutting. The shave was close, comfortable, and quick. I spent less time than usual shaving because this shaver got it right the first time. I was surprised at how close the shave was. My skin was super soft after the shave, and the shaver has lasted me a few uses so far without dulling. I'll definitely be making the switch. Outstanding results!

The Mach 3 blades give me a great, smooth shave, a well groomed look, and a long lasting choice to add to my razor rotation along with the premium priced blade I have been using exclusively. I have added this to my shaver rotation. I like the smooth feel of the Mach 3, and the handle thickness and weight of the razor make me feel like I am using the Lamborghini of shavers. Not a step down at all. Thin and fast. Doesn't feel flimsy. Can't be beat.

Now, 16 years later I can attest that this still holds true. I have tried many razors even mail order types and nothing can come close to the quality.

I shave my head every other day so precision, comfort, and closeness is extremely important to me. These blades seem to last longer than others, even with the amount of use I give them. I strongly recommend the Mach 3 blade to anyone looking for the highest quality at a very affordable price.

Have used this razor for many, many years. Have tried using other Gillette razors as well as razors from other makers and have never been as satisfied with my shave as I am when i use a Mach 3. I'd certainly recommend this razor to others and will be the razor I buy for my son for his first shave, when he is ready. It will be a family tradition to use Mach 3 razors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit skeptical of a “3 blade disposable” razor since I’m used to my 5 blade w/edging blade premium razor, but if you read on, you can see that skeptics can be changed..... Absolutely LOVE this razor for being a 3 blade razor! I typically use 5 blade razors with an edging blade on the backside for lines and doing, but having the opportunity to use Gillette’s Mach 3 razor, I was not disappointed. The lubricant strip kept my face slick in combination with my shave cream. The skin guard protected against knicks and bumps, and the handle felt like a premium handle! I believe Gillette is marketing this product as a “disposable”, however if they can package these three blade cartridges with lubricant strips and skin guard at a reasonable price, this set will make it in my toiletry bag for overnight trips, vacations, and getaways! You’re onto something Gillette. Keep up the great work!
