Gives a smooth and gentle shave if your skin is sensitive. I am used to using a five blade razor so I didn't like that I had to go over areas more than I would have with a five blade razor. Overall not bad for like a travel razor but as day to day razor I would stick with a five blade.

The razor does give you a fairly close but it was not a close as my 5 blades razors. Although it is easier to maneuver that the 5 blade razor. I noticed the razor dried quickly when shaving. I had to apply water for lubrication constantly more that with my present razors.

The blade has a great lubrication strip producing a terrific gliding motion. I found the handle to be very comfortable - easy grip. The skin guard made me feel that it was protective. All in all, this razor provided me a comfortable, easy and smooth shave I heartily recommend this product to any one that desires a close, smooth and comfortable shave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the mach 3 is ok ,it's better than the disposable ones. it's kind of small in blade length so, it takes longer to shave for me. and it does get clogged, need to rinse the blade more often.it does shave close. the weight of the handle is great but still a little small for me. kinda like a toy razor.overall it's okay.

I was pleasantly surprised at the closeness and smoothness this shaved provided. I will keep this as a backup to my current system and use as a travel razor. I purchased other brands, and after two weeks they started to become dull. The Gillette Mach3 Men's Razor continues to afford very close shaving. I shave my head every other day so precision, comfort, and closeness is extremely important to me. These blades seem to last longer than others, even with the amount of use I give them. I strongly recommend the Mach 3 blade to anyone looking for the highest quality at a very affordable price.

First of all the 5 pack of blades was replaced by a 4 pack. To make me feel better, Gillette tells me that I can get up to 60 shaves or 15 per blade from this 4 pack. I shave every other day and used ample amounts of Gillette Fusion5 shaving gel. I am not getting anywhere near 15 shaves per blade. I am not getting 10 shaves per blade. I don't know if the quality of the MACH3 product has gone downhill or if the material that id being used is inferior. I am 82 years old and started using Gillette shaving products while serving in the US Navy in the late 50s. What is happening with your shaving products?

I've used disposable ones all my life and I have to say, I won't be going back. This gives a really close shave without causing the redness and discomfort that you can get from disposable razors. It's really sturdy as well, due to the fact that this is metal and not plastic. I would highly recommend you give this razor a try!
