We're very sorry to hear about your blades getting dull after the second use. We use top-grade steel and apply a special coating to ensure the blades last longer, and cut better. Be assured this isn't what we expect. However, facial hair can be as tough as copper wire, so to prevent the blades from getting dull quickly, we recommend trimming any hair down first, and use a pre-shave and warm water to soften the hairs up.
