When you want that sharp look, you're going to need a sharp blade. We're sorry to hear about your experience, but please know that the blades dulling after two shaves isn't what we expect. As facial hair can be as tough as copper wire, it can wear down blades pretty fast, though. If you aren't doing so already, trim any hair down first, apply a pre-shave, and use warm water.
