Be assured that while there is two blades for the SkinGuard Razor, you should still get a quality shave while keeping your skin protected due to the SkinGuard Technology. However, it's still important to shave against the grain and using a pre-shave and warm water. We'd love to tell you more about our ProShield as it has 5 blades and extra lubrication. We're so sorry for the confusion. This razor is designed to help though with sensitive skin, and anyone else for that matter, get a close and comfortable shave. However, our Fusion razors will be a better option if you're looking for the ultimate close shave. Just be sure to use warm water, apply a pre-shave, and shave against the grain.
