Thanks so much for your feedback. The two blades and SkinGuard Technology are designed to help get you a smooth shave while keeping the skin protected. While there is only two blades, you should still get smooth results especially if you shave against the grain after using warm water and a shave prep to soften it up. We'd love to gather some additional details for our team and we'd like to tell you more about our ProShield as it has 5 blades and additional lubrication strips. We can be reached at 800-445-5388.

We're sorry to hear this, Tom, and want to assure you that we have many quality checks to ensure you get a smooth shave from the SkinGuard razer. We'd like to learn more about your experience to help, as well as share this with our Quality Team. When you have a minute, please reach out to us at (800) 445-5388.
