I don't agree with the reviews I seen that said it takes less of this than regular sugar. They are definitely similar sweetness after measuring them both side by side in the same coffee. The flavor is barely different and I'd guess kind of like it looks and sounds actually. In between brown and white sugar to me. All in all it's probably more natural and healthier. Good sugar that I'm assuming we're paying to keep the molasses which is the healthiest part of the sugar. If you can say sugar and healthy in the same sentence even? It is a little sticker in the bag but nothing to take special note of as it still spoons out and breaks up perfectly fine. I'm not sure if I should put 4 or 5 stars as I feel like we could use a less fancy package and cheaper price to benefit the public more and use less plastic. Paper bags work and are a much more biodegradable and renewable resource!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy this sugar. The texture and grain size are satisfying. I prefer raw sugar because it’s vegan (no bone char is used 🤢) and has a richer, more complex flavor. I did receive this particular product for free in exchange for my review, but this is a brand and product that I use regularly. It’s my favorite to add to beverages as to use as a garnishment on oatmeal or baked goods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to get the Sugar In The Raw substitute sweetener in a voxbox! I don’t typically use a substitute when baking but I love them for drinks and coffee. I think this is a great tasting option!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like a lot of other people have expressed, this sugar goes SO well with my coffee. It sweetens my coffee just right. Also, I ended up using some of this in a smoothie instead of normal bleached sugar, and it tasted wonderful. I highly recommend giving this a try in both coffee and a smoothie!
