First I tasted it straight out of the pack.It is more coarse than granulated sugar. It has the taste of cane sugar for sure. To me it's a cross between sugar straight from the cane and a cane syrup.I used it in my coffee. It was perfectly sweet to me. Thank you #influenster and #SugarITRxinfluenster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love sugar in the raw. I know some people don't like the added molasses flavor but I do. I think it's the perfect flavor enhancer, especially for black and rooibos teas. The packets are very convenient too.

I first tried it in my morning coffee and loved that one packet went a good way! It was sweet and surprisingly smooth. I was concerned it would be gritty given the size of the crystals but the dissolved easily and added great flavor without a weird after taste. I also used it as part of my Thanksgiving coffee bar and it was met with rave reviews from the bf as well! Besides coffee, I sprinkled it on top of our cinnamon apple crescents after their butter wash and it gave it such a yummy flavor! Safe to say, I’ll be keeping this in my routine!

I like that it’s all natural and plant based and also plan to try it in my baking. The best part is it doesn’t taste fake and the flavor is very enjoyable.
