First I tasted it straight out of the pack.It is more coarse than granulated sugar. It has the taste of cane sugar for sure. I added some to my cranberry-apple pie crust for some extra sparkle and sweetness. I also add some to my morning coffee. The packets are perfectly portioned, and even though the crystals are kind of large, it doesn't take too long for them to dissolve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not a huge fan of cane sugar because personally I don’t think it sweetens coffee like normal sugar. But I can appreciate this cane sugar and that it’s all natural. We use other products from this brand too and really enjoy them!
