I personally don’t use sugar packets at home but these are seemingly more healthy than the regular sugar that I normally use. It is also convenient, except I’d probably have to use several packets in one go. I have been using it for my coffee and it tastes great.

I put about 5 packets into my tea, then added 3 more and still couldn't taste it. I basically feel there would be no value if I were to switch from my cane or brown sugar. My in laws however loved it which is why we asked in a 4 star rating. I believe it depends on how your body perceived the sugars.

It's become my go-to for coffee in the morning, topping off desserts like creme brulee, and any time I want a more well-rounded sweetness in something. The crystals are a nice size, crunchy when added to something like grapefruit, but dissolve well when added to a hot latte or tea. The sugar itself is what you expect - sweet - but has a depth of flavor almost like that of brown sugar but not as molasses-y. Def would recommend!

I don’t like the texture of it in my coffee but it’s great in smoothies. It’s not sweet enough to sweeten my coffee. Just keep a couple of these in my purse every day. Also buy this in box form as I use it quite often in baking on top of muffins and breads.
